Products will be delivered in Hong Kong via SF Express. Any single order totalling HKD$300 or more can enjoy a free delivery service within Hong Kong. Otherwise, HKD$30 delivery fee will be added.


Products will be delivered via Hong Kong Post e-Express or other carriers. Any single order totalling HKD$700 or more can enjoy free international delivery. Otherwise, HKD$100 delivery fee will be added.

World Treasures International delivery include service to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Luxembourg, Macao, Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway, the Philippines, Poland, Portugal,  Serbia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, and United States.


Local Delivery Time 

Orders will be shipped and delivered within 3 working days after ordering. The standard delivery schedule is Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm, and the courier will usually call the recipient in advance to reconfirm the delivery address.

International Delivery Time

​​All orders will be shipped within 3 working days after ordering. The estimated delivery time is the following:

​Japan: 3 - 5 days

United Kingdom:  5 - 7 days

United States: 7 - 10 days

Rest of the world: 2 weeks

Australia: 3 weeks


  1. Hong Kong delivery services are available to commercial and residential addresses. We do not accept post office box addresses.

  2. The delivery service may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, delivery location, or other factors. In such cases, a special delivery arrangement will be made.

  3. Your order will be charged once shipped, we will send a tracking number to the email address provided.

  4. Customers are required to check the condition of the package upon delivery. If items are visibly damaged on receipt, please refuse the delivery entirely to enforce an immediate return.

  5. We ship all deliveries to the address provided by the customer. We will not be responsible for any delay or loss due to incorrect address information. We strongly advise shipping address is verified before submission.

  6. In the event of receiving the wrong item or quantity of the item received does not match the order, please email us at within two working days after the delivery. We will verify the delivery process with the logistics company. If the shipment is lost or damaged during delivery, we will pursue compensation from the logistics company. Late requests will not be entertained.

  7. For orders that have not been successfully delivered, we will contact the customer via email or phone to arrange redelivery and will charge a shipping fee of not less than HK$30 for local deliveries. International redelivery will be handled on a case-by-case basis and shipping charges may vary. 

  8. Delivery for all orders depends on the availability of the products. If we are unable to provide the goods or services that you ordered, we will notify you by phone or email.
